Once a payment has been successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, even if the membership is terminated, canceled, or withdrawn before its expiry date.

Reasons for No Refunds

  2. 2.Non-Commercial Nature: As a non-profit association, payments are contributions, not purchases of goods or services.
  3. 3.Administrative Efficiency: Processing refunds diverts resources from our core objectives.
  4. 4.Regulatory Constraints: Membership fees are often governed by internal bylaws and legal rules, which restrict refunding.
Exceptions (if any)

Refunds are not provided under normal circumstances.

However, in rare cases, the association may consider a refund only for:

  • 1. Duplicate transactions due to technical errors.
  • 2. Incorrect payment amounts mistakenly submitted.

All such refund requests must be made within 7 (seven) days of the transaction date.

Refund Processing Time

If an exception is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 to 15 business days after approval.

How to Request a Refund (for exceptions only)

All refund or exception requests must include:

  • 1. Proof of transaction (payment receipt or screenshot), and
  • 2. A written explanation of the issue.
